Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn, Best Western, and Microtel in Penn Yan as well as apartments at Keuka College. To make a reservation, please call the hotel of your choosing and mention the party name: Thurnherr/Ramsey Wedding. See the travel tab for more information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, we kindly ask for our ceremony and reception to be an adults only event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle service available with stops at Hampton Inn, Best Western, and Microtel. Shuttle pick ups start at the Hampton Inn at 3:15 pm followed by Best Western and Microtel. A second shuttle will repeat the same loop starting at the Hampton Inn at 3:45 pm. Departures from the venue will take place at 9:00, 10:00, and 10:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite for up to 40 vehicles. Cars cannot be left overnight. We also have a shuttle service available to and from the hotels. Please note that Ubers are limited in the area.

Yes! We have allergy friendly, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
