What should I wear?

Answer

Formal/casual. Dress for any weather as it is September and we will be outside for part of the wedding. Ladies, anything such as blouses, jeans, dresses, sandals, heels or cowboy boots. Gentleman, anything such as dress shirts, jeans, dress pants, boots or any comfortable foot wear. Anything you would want to take photos in.

Is it okay to take pictures with phones and cameras?

Yes absolutely, we just ask that it is not during the ceremony.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a few options for hotels on the website, if you need help booking please let me know and I would be happy to help.

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will have appetizers and snacks along with some soft drinks and a signature cocktail. Feel free to mingle with other people, we will have some games set up on the property. The venue has asked that we remain on the property unless it is an emergency as it is a shared driveway.

How can we get home or back to our hotel?

Answer

We will have a list of taxi numbers that you can call in advance. You may leave your cars on the property as long as they are picked up before 11am the next morning. If you choose not to use a taxi, make sure that you have a ride set up in advance, we want everyone to get home safely!

What should I bring as a gift?

Answer

As a gift is appreciated, it is completely unnecessary. We just want to spend the evening with our close friends and family! If you would still like to bring something, cash or house hold items would be appreciated!

Do I need to pay for drinks?

Answer

There will be coffee, tea and water for free. We will be having a toonie bar to help with some of our liquor costs!
