We're getting married!

We have been lucky to know each other for the majority of our lives, and our story goes back long before we met. We first met in Kindergarten at St. Anthony’s and shared a childhood crush, and spent every school year together through 8th grade. But the Torlai–Lafranchi/Bauer connection actually goes back generations! Our grandfathers had a lifelong close friendship. They also attended St. Anthony School together as kids, sharing a bond over their Italian roots. Our grandmothers first became friends as little girls growing up on Capitol Hill in Seattle. And Mia’s dad, Tony, and his siblings grew up alongside Ramsay’s mom and her siblings. Four generations of friendship brought our families together—and eventually, it brought us to each other. After rekindling our friendship in 2021 and dating shortly after, we quickly knew this love was special and one that was meant to last a lifetime. We're so thankful God brought us and our families together, and for the beautiful life we have built in the last four years. We cant wait to see what God has in store for our future together as the Bauers! We truly cannot wait to celebrate with each and every one of you.
