Yes! the dress code is Cocktail Attire (semi-formal). That includes suit and tie, slacks and a button down, cocktail dresses, or elegant jumpsuit. We ask that you please refrain from wearing the main wedding colors (White, Ivory, & Cream) as to not clash with the wedding party.
The Ceremony will be held under a pavilion with heaters to keep warm and Reception will be held inside.
Due to the gut wrenching state of our country (USA) we felt it was best to keep the celebration countryside. In the future we still plan to have a celebration in Spain.
We absolutely love your children, but we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's child at our wedding. At the moment only the children that are apart of the wedding party and children OF the wedding party are invited. Since we are unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to take that weekend as a mini vacation or as a few hours off and enjoy your time. Although we will hate to miss you, we will understand your absence wholeheartedly if you cannot accommodate this request.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer/videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, YES! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like and don't forget to tag #BeMineMartinez if you post anything.
We've thoughtfully decided to forgo a traditional wedding registry. Since our home is already well-established, we would deeply appreciate monetary gifts that will help us build our future together. Sí! El código de vestimenta es de cóctel (semi-formal). Esto incluye traje y corbata, pantalones y camisa, vestidos de cóctel o monos elegantes. Le pedimos que se abstenga de usar los colores principales de la boda (rojo, rosa y blanco) para no chocar con las decoraciones y la fiesta de bodas.
Debido al espacio limitado, solo podemos atender a los invitados formalmente invitados. Si ha recibido un acompañante, se le informará específicamente en la invitación. Amamos muchísimo a sus hijos, pero lamentablemente no podemos acomodar a los hijos de todos en nuestra boda. Por el momento, sólo están invitados los niños que forman parte del cortejo nupcial y los hijos de otros invitados. Como no podemos invitar a sus hijos, esperamos que aprovechen esta oportunidad para tomarse ese fin de semana como unas mini vacaciones en España o unas horas libres y disfrutar de su tiempo. Aunque lamentamos no poder contar con su presencia, comprenderemos de todo corazón su ausencia si no pueden atender esta solicitud.
La ceremonia se llevará a cabo bajo un pabellón con calentadores para mantener el calor y la recepción se llevará a cabo en el interior.
Les pedimos que guarden sus teléfonos y cámaras durante la ceremonia, ya que queremos que todos estén presentes con nosotros en todo momento. Contamos con un fotógrafo/videógrafo profesional que capturará la ceremonia. SÍ! Pueden tomar todas las fotos y videos que quieran, y no olviden etiquetar #BeMineMartinez si publican algo.
