What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 2:45 PM. Ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Please let us know what your allergy is and we will try our best to accommodate with our caterer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is street parking for both the ceremony and reception. Both ceremony and reception are within a two block radius of one another.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TimeToGetVillalobosed so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both ceremony and reception will be indoors

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will end at 4PM and the cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 PM. Please see our Things To Do page for a list of activities in the area, or feel free to head back to your hotel to freshen up and put on your dancin’ shoes!!

What if I cannot find a babysitter

Answer

If you cannot find a sitter I have arranged for a trusted family member to stay with the children of our wedding guests. This service will be available for the duration of the reception and will require a small fee. Please reach out to the bride or groom for more details.

Do I have to get tested for Covid prior to the wedding?

Answer

According to NYS law, since our event has under 100 guests, there is no mandatory testing needed. However, we do encourage testing for the health and safety of everyone in attendance.

Question

How will Covid 19 precautions be implemented through out the day?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear their face masks while in church. At the reception, all guests will be temperature checked upon arrival, and hand sanitizers and masks will be readily available. Guests will be asked to wear their masks to and from the restroom.
