Best Man
Santino and I originally met in the second grade in Saginaw, Michigan. We instantly became best friends during our time in elementary school but eventually, I moved to Texas to be closer with my mom. I spent the following six years with her there and during that time Santino and I didn't keep in touch. After six years I decided my time was up in Texas and we reconnected our friendship once I moved back to Michigan. Even though many years had passed, we picked up our friendship right where we left off. We spent a lot of our time together playing basketball, golfing, growing up and quite honestly, partying. He has always been my wing man, my brother and the one I could count on the most. Santino eventually moved to Texas a few years later where he had other family members. On a quick vacation to visit him I knew that Texas would be where I would call home. On that trip I met his cousin Danielle, my future wife, and for that I am forever thankful. Our lives may be very different now as we have grown up but our friendship has always remained strong. I always appreciate our long phone conversations where we can joke around and catch up, as well as any chance we have to enjoy a few beers together. Santino and I have been through so much together and I know he will always be my brother for life. I couldn't imagine saying "I DO" without him by my side and honestly he wouldn't let me anyways!
Maid of Honor
Evelyn and I met in November 2020 at my dad's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy. She came in for a trial class after being introduced to the sport by a friend. She was trying out different gyms and deciding if Jiu Jitsu was something she wanted to keep pursuing. A month later, while beginning a new job with F45 West 7th Fort Worth, I discovered that Evelyn would be one of the other trainers at the studio. Our manager at the time, told Evelyn that I would also be working there with her and Evelyn reached out to me through Instagram. We decided to meet up and have dinner and after sharing so many common interests, we became friends! Over the next year, we worked as co trainers at F45- often sharing workouts, brunch dates, coffee runs & other social events together. She also decided to join Alvarez Bjj during that time so we also got to share the mats together. Since then, life has changed so much for the both of us and even though we don't get to see each other that often, we always end up picking up right where we left off! I always know that I can go to Evelyn for any advice or support and I truly value our friendship! I couldn't say I DO without her by my side!
