This market is one of our favorites! Check out some of the small organic farms and get some seasonal fruit and veg, aMylk for some small batch almond milk, or the Fermentista for the best pickles and other fermented snacks.
A must go. Some of the best gelato, and their seasonal flavors are always SO GOOD! They have a wide selection of vegan options as well. Nearby to Powell’s Books and other notable Portland shopping areas.
Great Cuban food in Portland. This restaurant is one of our favorite date night spots and we celebrated our 9 year anniversary here.
One of our favorite spots to brunch/lunch at. The entire restaurant is gluten free, and has the best seasonal breakfast items and treats.
PDX Sliders has some great fries, gluten free options, and really great food. Cheesesteaks, pork, chicken, and beef sliders, loaded salads, and a fun atmosphere. There are 2 other locations that we have been to, but this one in particular is close by to other fun spots like Salt and Straw or Eb and Bean.
Any of the McMennamins locations are a NW staple, but Edgefield has it all. Great food, concerts, golf, gardens, soaking pools, spa.
Staying for the weekend? Cannon Beach is located less than 2 hours away. You can find a quaint downtown, some of our favorite surf spots, great pizza, and some really great hikes.
One of our other coastal favorites if you’re staying for the weekend and looking for some beach time. They’ve got golf, a casino, some good food, lots of shopping, and some great walking trails near Salishan Coastal Lodge. We got engaged in Lincoln City, so we like it there :)
