What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Please do not wear any jeans, shorts, or flipflops. Fall colors are encouraged, if you have any questions please reach out to us.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather around this time of year might be a little chilly, but is generally warm. Average daily highs are in the mid to high 70s°F and lows in the 50°sF Be prepared with a light sweater.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and the reception will be taking place at the Cool Springs House at Cool Springs House, 1490 Volunteer Pkwy, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be outdoors weather permitting. The historical house is available for people to also spend time inside during the reception to socialize, eat, and play games.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony there will be music, food, and plenty of time to socialize.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Rehearsal dinner will be sent by invite to a select few.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are affordable options in Nashville! There is plenty of parking next to the venue for those who choose to drive or carpool with other guests.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. Please plan to be at the venue around 3:00. The ceremony will take place in front of the historical barn.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Due to the fact that the venue is part of a park, there is a designated large parking lot at the venue and parking is free. The parking lot has a path leading up to the venue space.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcomed. Please make sure they are accounted for on your RSVP. They must be supervised.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Not unless we approve it ahead of time. Reach out to us if you would like to bring one.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a couple of hotels holding reservations. We highly recommend securing your stay as soon as you know you are coming because Nashville is often a top destination, especially in the fall. When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

You do not need to mail in an RSVP, please complete it on this website. The final deadline for RSVPing will be September 3rd.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, though is primarily outdoors.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes dinner will be served. It will be buffet style with delicious tacos & toppings!

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

We will do our best to have vegan and gluten-free options. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about dietary restrictions.

If you so choose to, It would be appreciated.

Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

That will depend on the hotels we are blocked with, however we will do our best to arrange a mode of transportation if needed.

Please contact us and inform us of any allergies you may have so we can have options for you to eat at the event.

Answer

There will not be an open bar, but we will have alcohol at the wedding available.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be times that we will announce that we would like people to be respectful and refrain from taking photos, however when those times have passed you may take the photos you would like! Please share them with the hashtag #readysetramirez :)
