What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. No jeans, no t-shirts. For men - Slacks and a dress shirt. For women - Cocktail, midi dress, pant suit or jump suit.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your children we do! We respectfully request no little ones on this night. Only allowing the ring bearers and flowers girls. We hope you take this time as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having a "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We wish that everyone would just be fully present as we say "I DO." we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue that you may book. This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book! Under some of the hotels will be blocked rooms so be sure to say our name.

Will there be a home Iowa Football game this day?

Answer

Yes, go Hawks! Please book your hotel rooms with time. Iowa Hawkeyes will be going against UMass.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a guest option on your RSVP, then yes! IF there is not a guest option on your invitation, then no. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 43pm. To avoid being late and missing anything we recommend arriving between 2:30-2:45 to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts! Thank you!
