Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Sure is! There will be transportation from the two hotel blocks on the wedding day, May 30th. Buses will depart Hotel Indigo at 3:00pm, with one of the buses stopping at Hilton Garden Inn at 3:15. They will go to Breeze Hill Farm. We suggest being in the lobby by 2:55pm to make sure you get on the bus on time! At Hotel Indigo, there is a nice bar right off the lobby if you want a beverage or snack while you wait :) Evening Buses will leave at 11:15pm from Breeze Hill Farm, stopping at Hotel Indigo & Hilton Garden Inn. After Party Buses (final transportation) will leave at 1:15am from Breeze Hill Farm, stopping at Hotel Indigo & Hilton Garden Inn. The buses will not wait, so don't be late!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Black Tie Optional! Men - tuxes preferred. Women - gowns preferred.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be a valet at the wedding for those who are driving.

How do I get to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Greenport Brewery in Peconic is about 20 minutes from the hotel blocks. We suggest pre-ordering an uber or calling one the suggested taxi services that frequent the area: Classy Cab -https://classycab.wixsite.com/classycab Greenport Taxi - https://greenporttaxis.com/ Vineyard Vans (Pete) - This is a good option for a group of six that may want to reserve a ride together. - https://www.vineyardvansnf.com/ The Welcome Party is from 7pm - 9pm. We’d love to spend every one of those minutes with you, so plan rides accordingly!

Can I come late?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the venue, if you arrive past the ceremony time, you will be held at the front and miss the ceremony. Don't do that! We want you there!
