Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.”

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

No, but as we are not having a wedding party (just makes things easier) feel free to coordinate colors to match the wedding. Our colors are yellow and blue.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Weather in San Diego is pretty temperate year round. Mid June usually being sunny with a high of 72 and a low of 62.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the same venue, which is indoors. However the outside around the venue will also be available for guests.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests will be asked to mingle outside for cocktail hour, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages, in order to allow the staff to flip the venue for the reception.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Yes, there are several events we are planning to have through out the weekend for those of you who are planning on staying or live locally. Please see the events page for more details.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Then venue is located in Liberty Station. And is situated caddy corner from the Liberty Public Market.

Is there parking near the venue? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes and yes. The venue has its own dedicated parking area that will be available to you. Its also safe for you to leave your cars overnight here, if you have a little too much to drink.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The wedding is set to begin at 6:00 PM, so please try to arrive at least 30 minutes prior, so we can get the party started as scheduled.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding reception is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We will be having a taco truck providing tacos, and fajitas, and all the fixings. As well as appetizers, including ceviche, quesadillas, chips and salsa. Drinks, both non alcoholic and alcoholic will also be provided.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #RalphSuzSayIDos so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please have your responses to us by May 31, 2021. You can RSVP online, on this website. Just look for the RSVP tab!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What about COVID restrictions?

Answer

As of right now we are planning the wedding as a full go, since it looks like the State of California is trending toward full open soon. The hope is that by June it will be. That being said please take every precaution you feel necessary. Also the majority of those invited either have been or will be vaccinated by the wedding date.
