Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! To keep things seamless, both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Fox Hollow. Guests will have a short transition period between events.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We our planning an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting, with an indoor backup plan if needed. The reception will take place indoors regardless of weather conditions.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by 7/1/2026 so we can finalize our headcount with the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm we kindly request that arrive at 4:45pm to allow sufficient, time for parking, seating, and pre-ceremony preparation. Late arrivals will be seated after the ceremony has begun, so please arrive on time.

What should I do if I can't attend?

We’ll miss you! Please RSVP “No” using the link provided so we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site. We also encourage carpooling or rideshare for convenience.

Can I bring a plus‑one?

Answer

We have chosen to keep our wedding a close and intimate gathering. For this reason, invitations are extended to those guests specifically named. Thank You for understanding and being part of our special day.

Are children invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, due to space and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, the wedding will be adults‑only. The children of close family who are included in our plans will be indicated on your invitation.

Will there be food and drink accommodations (dietary/religious restrictions)?

Answer

Yes the venue will provide your choice of chicken, fish, or red meat, along with thoughtfully prepared vegetarian and vegan options. If you have any additional dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know when you RSVP.

Is there a dedicated room block at hotel with a possible discount?

Answer

The hotel provides a discounted group rate with a 10-room minimum. We haven’t secured a block at this time, but if you’re planning to stay there, please reach out and let us know — if we have enough guests interested, we’ll gladly coordinate the discounted rate.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We have created a Honeymoon fund on our Zola website for guests who wish to give a gift. Contributions can be made easily online, including by credit card. Thank you so much for your kindness and support. We want to go on Safari in Africa.
