FAQ

Have a question we haven’t answered? Shoot us a text! Caitlin at (914)355-8837 or Tim at (857)939-0681.
Question

When Do I Need To RSVP By?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is August 1st.

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do, but this is an adult only event. We want our wedding to be your night off! We encourage you to find a sitter and enjoy the evening out.

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

In an effort to stay within our budget, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those individuals addressed on the invitation.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Attire for the day is cocktail/semi-formal, which means dresses, suits, or slacks with a sports coat! No ties or heels required - we want everyone to be comfortable. September weather can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly. We also recommend wearing appropriate shoes, as the ceremony is outdoors and there will be a bit of walking on grass and gravel.

Question

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, we have shuttles at the same location as our hotel block - the Marriott Courtyard Concord. 3:00pm | Hotel to Venue 10:00pm & 11:00pm | Venue to Hotel

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

YES - Longlook Farm is super dog friendly, just give Tim or Cait a heads up!

Question

Are we going to be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors in a meadow-side site with an incredible view of Mount Kearsage. The cocktail hour will be held on Longlook’s outdoor patio and the reception will be held inside the barn. The barn doors will be open all night long and guests will be free to move indoors and outdoors as they please. We do also have an indoor plan in case it rains.

Question

What is the alcohol policy at the venue?

Answer

Open bar, baby! We will provide beer, wine, and cocktails for the reception. Longlook also allows BYOB, so if there’s a special kind of pinot grigio you like to drink or a limited edition IPA you’re obsessed with, feel free to bring it! All alcohol will need to be served by our bartenders for the duration of the event Saturday (4pm-10pm), this is required by the venue. They will put your name on it and keep it safe for you behind the bar.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00pm, so we are asking guests to arrive no later than 3:40pm to ensure everyone is seated by the start of the ceremony.
