Question

What do I do if I am sick?

Answer

Both the bride and groom are immunosuppressed. As much as we would love to see you, if you are sick please refrain from attending. If you feel you have been exposed to an illness and are asymptomatic, please wear a mask at the event as much as you can. The bride and groom really appreciate your vigilance and consideration - we would like to start off our married life as healthy as possible :)

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please send in your response by March 1st, 2024. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, only those listed on the RSVP form on the website may attend.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP for the welcome event and/or the reception, please enter your food allergies (food allergies for the reception will be considered for the cocktail hour, too). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are 75 parking spots available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please arrange for sober transport if you plan on drinking. Uber and Lyft are abundantly available in the city.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrange your own transportation. Parking is available at the historic casino (ceremony & reception location).

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola. There is a link on this website (see above menu). We are very grateful for your generosity.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5 pm, so please plan accordingly. Please refrain from using electronic devices at the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over (i.e. during the cocktail hour and reception), we welcome you to take photos, videos, etc with your personal devices! Thank you for helping us all stay "in the moment" during the ceremony.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Like all other guests, if your kids are listed on the RSVP, then they are welcome :)

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There is a welcome party on Friday, May 17th, 2024 at 5:00 pm. It is at Waterman Grille in Providence. We hope to see you there if you can make it!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are calling it "colorful cocktail" attire. We suggest you wear cocktail (semi-formal) attire, but you are not limited to dark colors. Please feel free to wear bright colors, floral patterns, etc. If darker colors are more your speed, we welcome those, too. We want you to feel festive and fabulous with the blossoming spring weather!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors, weather permitting. If it is raining, we will have the ceremony indoors in the Casino. The reception will be indoors. May in New England can have variable weather, but it is generally around 60-70 degrees, so plan accordingly.

Question

Will there be alcohol at the welcome party, cocktail hour, and reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. Please drink responsibly and arrange your own sober transport.
