May I bring a guest?

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

I'd love a second opinion about what to wear - who should I reach out to?

Should I change in between the Wedding Ceremony and Reception?

You're more than welcome to, but the events are back-to-back so we won't be!

What weather should I expect?

Answer

The East Bay Area has warm days and cool evenings. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather as we get closer to the event, and bring layers! The ceremony is outdoors, and the reception is under a tent.

I'm coming in from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in Pleasanton, CA. We have arranged a room block at the Hyatt House (see the Travel tab), but feel free to book wherever is most convenient for you!

Will transportation by provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. If you plan on drinking, please plan on taking an Uber or Lyft (codes will be provided)

Question

I have dietary restrictions, what's the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

As you probably know, Natasha and Rak are too familiar with dietary restrictions :) We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

San Jose (SJC) is the closest to Milpitas, but feel free to fly into Oakland (OAK) or San Francisco (SFO) as well!
