Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend! All events on September 6th will be at the Switch House located at 1325 Beach St, Philadelphia, PA 19125. There will also be a printout of this schedule available at your hotels. Due to the early morning start, continued events, and wardrobe change, we encourage guests to stay at the Philadelphia Mariott Old City Hotel beginning Friday night if possible. Baraat

9:00 am

Traditional Indian Attire suggested, otherwise festive ethnic attire requested. Please visit the "FAQs" page for further information including resources for Indian attire if interested.

The Grooms Arrival - Accompanied by his family and friends, Raj parades to the wedding venue with music and dancing. All are welcome to participate and event will occur directly outside the Switch House.

Vivaha Ceremony

Break/Intermission

12:00 pm

We will provide passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks in the Stone & Web Lounge from 12pm - 2pm located in the lobby of the Switch House. Transportation will also be provided back to the Marriott Old City for guests to be able to change and relax. Feel free to explore Old City for a formal lunch if preferred.

Nikah Ceremony

5:15 pm

Nikah Ceremony: Black Tie suggested! We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit and women wear a floor-length gown
