FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal with a Western flair. We kindly ask that guests wear black attire, with blue denim welcome as an accent or main piece. Please stick to a color palette of black and classic blue denim only — no other colors, prints, or bright tones. From denim jeans to elevated black-and-denim looks, we encourage guests to have fun with the Western vibe while staying within the dress code colors. Feel free to dust off your dancing boots and celebrate with us! Since our venue has a grassy setting, we recommend wedges or block heels to prevent sinking.

Question

What to expect when arriving?

Answer

When you arrive at the top of Ritter Road, please follow the posted signs directing you to guest parking. Once parked, attendants will help guide you from there. Guests will then be transported to the ceremony and reception area by covered wagon tractor rides. Please plan for a short ride in and enjoy the experience as part of the celebration!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly request that children not attend the ceremony, so all our guests can fully enjoy an intimate evening. However, we warmly welcome children at our reception and look forward to celebrating with families. Children ages 10 and up are welcome to the ceremony.

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by June 20 so we can plan accordingly!

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends! We kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on the invitation or included on your RSVP. Thank you! (Feel free to reach out to one of us if you feel we made a mistake or if you have any questions)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at the end of Ritter Road. Look for signs and designated parking areas when you arrive.
