We're going for a festive vibe rather than anything formal, so wear whatever's comfortable for you - just don't forget there will be barbecue sauce! The weather varies a lot in October, so check the forecast before deciding on an outfit. We recommend bringing a bathing suit in case it's warm enough to swim.
We're throwing a backyard barbecue at his parents' house to celebrate our union, complete with piñatas, yard games, drinks, and desserts. The pool will be open if weather permits. We'll also have some low-key activities like Mario Kart and puzzles set up for the younger crowd (or anyone who needs a break from mingling!). Stephen's parents have generously lent us their home and backyard to use as a venue, so there will be plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. The whole family is invited!
