When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please have your RSVPs in by December 1st, we understand the holidays are a crazy time and would like to be all set prior to the holidays starting!

Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm, so please arrive between 4:30-4:45. That way everyone can find their seats and say hello to family and friends before the ceremony!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is cocktail attire! Feel free to use this exciting day as a reason to dress up! Please no white!! Bridal party will be wearing Burgundy/Wine/Grey Bride/Grooms family will be wearing Desert Rose

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately we are on a strict guest list! Please no additional guests unless they have been stated on your invitation!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love the littles, this will be a kid free event( aside from the 2 little ones we have in our wedding party) We have a 6 hour open bar, late reception and lots of people running around, it wouldn’t be a safe space for our little friends! Use tonight to have a kid-free date night and party!

Yes! Please feel free to look on our “Travel/Lodging” page on our website to check out different hotels!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Unfortunately our menu has already been selected! We do have many different options of food (including vegetarian options), so hopefully you will be able to enjoy some of the food!
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is free parking for both the ceremony and reception! You can feel free to leave your vehicle overnight if you utilize our shuttle service, just make sure you’re back in the early morning to grab it!
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is transportation to the hotels from the venue, however there is NO transportation from the hotels to the venue. We recommend leaving your vehicle overnight at the venue or ubering to the venue from your hotel!
