Question

Will you require masks or vaccination status to attend?

Answer

We have decided that we will not require either to attend our wedding. Please note however: if you would feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so! We want our guests to be comfortable.

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited and indicated on your RSVP. We will not be able to accommodate children other than those in our wedding party during our ceremony & reception. We thank you for understanding and hope arrangements can be made that allow you to still attend our big day.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Drinks and appetizers at 5:00pm (beer and wine provided, cash only bar, with ATM on-site) Appetizers: -Shoestring Fries with rosemary truffle aioli -Cucumber cups with lemon dill herb cream cheese -Buffalo chicken popper bites with blue cheese crumbles Dinner to be served at 6:15pm. Salads: -Classic Caesar -Spinach and Strawberry with toasted almonds and honey mustard dressing Dinner: -Cedar Plank Salmon -Braised Short Ribs -Gardener’s Lasagna (summer squash, mushroom, spinach, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, garlic, mozzarella & house marinara) If you have dietary restrictions, allergies or concerns, please reach out to hallerwedding2022@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you! We want you to be safe and comfortable.

Can I take pictures and video?

We have two amazing photographers that will be capturing the day for us. We ask that you are fully present during our ceremony and keep all phones and cameras put away. After the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take many pictures as you’d like!

What should I wear?

Answer

Gray Gables Estate is a beautiful indoor/outdoor garden venue. We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, a suit and tie, or a sports coat are things we're thinking of! We encourage you to wander around outdoors, so plan to bring a light jacket or wrap if you'd like to explore the Estate. October in Oregon can be unpredictable. Please be prepared for light rain, or slightly chilly weather during our (potentially) outdoor ceremony! If it does rain, we will be moving our wedding entirely inside. We will have a DJ and a Dance Floor. We REALLY want you to enjoy that with us as well, so please plan your footwear accordingly! Also, please avoid wearing the color white. Thank you!
