Travel Note
There is a Facebook group called "Moon Palace Sunrise, Nizuc & The Grand Cancun "Friendly" Info Group" that has a lot of useful information about the resort, tips and things to do. There is a "Moon Palace" app you can download on your phone to speed up check in, make dinner reservations and more! I have seen many people recommend calling the concierge desk at 10am SHARP every morning to make dinner reservations so you don't have long wait times during peak dinner hours. If you would like, day passes to The Grand and other Palace resorts are available to purchase in the lobby. Please be aware that many resorts in Mexico operate through timeshares. So be weary of any presentations they may offer you knowing they will try to sell you a timeshare. If you have any travel issues, please reach out to Carmen (not the bride or groom if possible).
