We love all the kids in our life, but our wedding will be an adults only event. We hope that everyone can still join us, but we understand if you cannot!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

There will be 2 shuttle pick ups from each hotel to the venue. Please see the times below. *If you take the earlier shuttle please note you will be able to grab a drink and mingle with other guests before the ceremony begins. Double Tree Pick Up 2:45pm 3:45pm Ruttger's Pick Up 3:00pm 4:00pm There will be 4 shuttles from the venue to each hotel at the end of the night. Please see the times below. 9pm 10pm 11pm 12am

Can we park at the venue?

Answer

You can park at the venue and leave your car overnight. If you choose to leave your car overnight, you will need to make your own arrangements to get your car by 10am on Saturday morning.

We have a block at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bemidji.
