Question

What COVID precautions will you be taking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We want our wedding to be a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We are actively working with our venue to take all precautions and in accordance with the Ohio Department of Health. As November approaches, we will provide more details based on the current guidelines at that time. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to McKenna (614-354-1773) if you have any questions.

What if my plans on attendance change after I RSVP due to COVID?

Answer

If your plans change on attendance after you've already RSVP'd due to COVID, please contact McKenna directly (614-354-1773) by OCTOBER 15TH so we can inform catering. Otherwise, we will plan on holding a seat for you.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a 35-room block for both Friday, November 6th and Saturday, November 7th at the following hotel. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before Friday, October 16th. Will transportation be provided to/from the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Yes, for our hotel room block guests, round-trip shuttle transport will be available before and after the event. Shuttle service from the hotel to the ceremony leaves at promptly 3:30pm and then at 4:00pm. Shuttle service from Corazon to the hotel will begin at 9:00pm, and will run about every 30 minutes (first come, first served).

I booked a room within the room block. When is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am

I'm checking in on Saturday. Can I still catch the shuttle if check-in isn't until 4:00pm?

Answer

Yes! If you're checking in on Saturday, we recommend you arrive earlier than your check-in time so you can catch either of the shuttle departures. The hotel should be able to hold your luggage if you're unable to check-in early. Your hotel gift bag will be waiting in your room when you return after the reception.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Use 270 to get onto US-33 W. From US-33 W, take exit 106 for OH-161/Post Rd toward Plain City. Turn right onto Post Rd, then a left onto Hyland-Croy Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Hyland-Croy Rd. Turn right onto Corazon Dr to arrive at the venue. If you’re using US-42 N, turn right onto Industrial Pkwy, left onto Mitchell-Dewitt Rd, left into McKitrick Rd, right onto Hyland-Croy Rd, then a left onto Corazon Dr.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Saturday, November 7th We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to find their seats and start mingling!

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free and available in the front of the venue.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The entire venue is wheelchair accessible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (tented, heated) and the reception will be indoors. Since Ohio weather in November can be chilly, we recommend you prepare accordingly for all weather.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have a wonderful dinner, a full open bar, as well as wedding cake.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Will there be dancing / entertainment?

Answer

Of course! We have arranged for an awesome DJ and other fun entertainment (it's a surprise!) to make sure you have a wonderful evening!

Answer

Can I take and post pictures of the ceremony and/or reception on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged (no phones), but we do encourage guests to post pictures of the reception on their social media. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag (#RagingRyans2020) so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
