Shuttle
Shuttles from the Hotels to the Venue

There will be 2 shuttles busses picking up guests from the Holiday Inn Express. One at 3:30 and one at 3:45, please aim for the earlier time to ensure the last shuttle has enough room. The hotels are located adjacent to one another so if you are staying at the Hampton Inn please walk over to the Holiday Inn to catch the shuttle. The venue is approximately 15 minutes away from the hotels. If you miss the shuttles please uber or drive as there will not be additional pick ups.

Shuttles will be provided from the venue back to the Holiday Inn. As before, if you are staying at the Hampton Inn it is a very short walk from the Holiday Inn.
Travel Note
Travel to VA
If you are able, our suggestion would be to drive. However, Farmville, VA is located approximately 1 hour from both the Lynchburg and Richmond airports. Car rentals are available at both airports or we'd recommend coordinating drop off and pick up with another guest who is driving. If you need any help with logistics please let us know. We really appreciate you making the journey to celebrate with us!
