On November 15, 2019, two emo kids unexpectedly found true love while belting out their favorite songs at Emo Nite, Chop Suey, Seattle. That night was the start of their love story. They spent the rest of the night head banging to their favorite artists and closed the venue down. The two wouldn't meet up for another couple of weeks as Tristan was on midnight shift at the time, and would only text Stephanie a long text once or twice a day. It wasn't until their 'second' date that the two emo-crossed lovers would meet again. Their second date was far from ordinary as well. It started with a walk through a park in Renton, then going to the 8 bit to play arcade games. Followed by a coffee shop to get to know each other some more, and ending the date by going to the 'Illenium' concert just to listen to the last song of the set (the only song they knew). From there, they started getting to know each other more through Seattle Thunderbird hockey games, cutting down Steph's Christmas tree, and going to see Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. On March 19th, 2020, the two started officially dating. They fell deeper and deeper in love with one another through all of the fun adventures they shared. Building a relationship during a pandemic pushed the two to spend a lot of true one-on-one time together, and thankfully all it did was amplify their love. They added Paisley, a Saint Bernard, to their family August 8th, 2021. Tristan proposed to Stephanie, with Paisley's help, on October 2nd, 2021 at Bob Straub Park along the Oregon Coast. They purchased their first home later that same month, and Princess Paisley quickly became the ruler of the land. Now, they ask that you join in on their love story. Returning to their favorite place, the Oregon Coast, to take the next step towards "death to us part."
