Our story began on Labor Day weekend in 2023, when we were introduced through mutual friends. What started as a simple meeting quickly turned into something much more special.

Not long after we met, we began a 2 year long-distance relationship between Lake Charles, LA and Birmingham, AL. This meant countless miles traveled, but the most fun memories were made along the way.

We spent those weekends making memories: going to concerts, cheering at football games, and taking spontaneous trips to New Orleans, Nashville, and Panama City- where it all began.

Somewhere along the way, the miles didn’t seem quite so far anymore, because we knew we had found something worth the effort. In April 2025, Luke closed the distance by making the move to Nashville…

… and just one week later, while on a family trip to Maui, Hawaii, he asked the question that would start our next chapter together.

From a Labor Day introduction, to building a life together in Nashville, our unique story (and a lot of miles-traveled) has led us to today and we can’t wait to keep writing the rest of it together!
