Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)

RDU is the main airport in the area and where you should fly in/out of! It's about 15 minutes from downtown Durham, 15 minutes from Cary, and 30 minutes from the wedding venue (Carolina Grove).

Durham Marriott City Center

The Durham Marriott is in downtown Durham, across the street from the Durham Armory (where Garba will be held) and about 20 minutes from Carolina Grove. You can book your room through the reservation link above to get our special rate ($169/night), from Thursday (9/3) to Sunday (9/6). The last day to book is Monday, August 03, 2026. Please let Rafi know if you are trying to reserve a room before August 3 and there aren't any available, she can email and get more rooms added to the block!

21c Museum Hotel Durham

The 21c is a boutique museum/hotel in downtown Durham, walking distance from the Durham Armory (where Garba will be held) and about 20 minutes from Carolina Grove. You can book your room through the reservation link above to get our special rate ($189/night), from Friday (9/4) to Sunday (9/6). If you need to add extra days outside of our room block, you can do so by contacting the hotel directly. The last day to book is Monday, August 03, 2026. Shuttle

Shuttle from Downtown Durham to Carolina Grove
