Most likely everyone should fly in and out of Sky Harbor International in Phoenix. Likely best to sync up with other invitees and get an air B&B or VRBO, as hotel prices are not effective. There is a shuttle service two and from PHX (Sky Harbor) several times a day.  If you need recommendations on places to stay or suggestions/feedback on neighborhoods, let either of us know, and we will be happy to provide feedback/recommendations.
