Travel Note
Great news! If you’re traveling to Portugal for our wedding in September 2025, you do not need a visa or ETIAS travel authorization. The European Union has postponed the launch of the ETIAS program until late 2026, so U.S. passport holders can enter Portugal and other Schengen countries visa-free for up to 90 days. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your return date. We’re so excited to celebrate with you in beautiful Portugal!
