What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are so excited to share this special day with you! Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm on April 27th, 2025. Please arrive a at least 15-30 minutes early to ensure you’re settled in before we say "I do!" We can't wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors at Forever 5 events should weather permit. Following the ceremony, we'll head into the reception hall for cocktail hour (the patio will be open should weather permit). The reception will take place indoors in the reception hall, where we'll celebrate with dinner, dancing, and plenty of memories to make!

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

4:30 PM – Ceremony The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please be sure to arrive a little early so you don’t miss a moment! 5:00-6:00 PM – Cocktail Hour After the ceremony, join us for (idk yet) and appetizers as we take a few moments for photos. 6:00-11:00 PM – Reception Dinner & Dancing The reception will kick off with a delicious dinner, followed by dancing, cake cutting, and all the fun!

Are kids welcome?

We love our little ones, but for this special day we’d like to offer all parents a well-deserved night off. We kindly ask that children under the age of 13 not attend. Thank you so much for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue and space limitations, we’ve had to keep our guest list intimate. To help keep everything as intimate as possible, we’ve carefully curated our guest list. We kindly ask that you only bring those specifically named on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, we’ve noted that on your RSVP card. If you’re unsure, please refer to the details on your invitation or reach out to us for clarification. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this special day with you!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

We’re excited to offer an open mocktail bar for those who prefer non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a cash bar for guests who would like to enjoy alcoholic drinks. Please note that our venue has strict restrictions against outside alcoholic beverages. We kindly ask that no alcohol be brought into the venue. We will have a cash bar available for those who wish to enjoy a drink, as well as an open mocktail bar for non-alcoholic options. Thank you for your understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will have a formal spring theme, so we encourage you to dress in light, airy colors that reflect the beauty of the season. Think soft pastels, florals, and elegant springtime hues. For the ladies, a formal dress will be perfect, and for the gentlemen, a suit or tuxedo in light or neutral shades will be ideal for the occasion. As the bridesmaids will be wearing pale yellow, we kindly ask that guests avoid this color to help them stand out on our special day. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best for this unforgettable celebration!
