We’re getting married!

My fiancé and I met in August of 2021 while working together at McDonald’s. He was someone who effortlessly took on every role, while I primarily worked in one position. Not long after we began working together, we started talking and quickly realized we already had each other on Snapchat. From there, we exchanged phone numbers, and we truly haven’t stopped talking since. Our connection grew naturally into a strong friendship, marked by easy conversation and genuine enjoyment of each other’s company. He made every shift more enjoyable with his outgoing personality and ability to connect with anyone. On September 14, 2021, he asked me to be his girlfriend in the sweetest way—through a handwritten note with a simple “yes” or “no” box, accompanied by a cookie. I happily said yes. Since that day, our relationship has continued to grow stronger, and what began as a workplace friendship has become the foundation of our life together.
