Let’s get hitched!

It was just your average Friday night out on Polk Street in San Francisco. Jennifer was dancing to Spice Girls as one does (by herself) when she saw an attractive man looking at her from across the room. Rafa had an Uber on the way, ready to call it a night, when he spotted a cute blonde dancing from his way back from the bathroom. Jennifer kept dancing, and noticed Rafa coming her way. As he was just looking at her, Jennifer asked "Are you going to dance with me or not?!" Needless to say, Rafa cancelled his Uber and managed to get "Jennifer cute Walnut Creek's" number, and was told to call her that week or not to bother, as Jennifer was entering busy season at her accounting firm. He called as instructed, and Jennifer used her one night off a week to go on dates with the mysterious Brazilian.

On August 25 2018, Jennifer’s parents threw an amazing red white and blue party at their house for Rafa to celebrate his long time dream of becoming an American citizen. To make it even more special, Rafa’s family that recently flew from Brazil, was going to meet Jennifer’s family for the first time. Little did Jennifer know, that Rafa was going to celebrate family and commitment all in one day. During the party he asked to be joined by Jen to say few words about how thankful he was to have found family in America and how they had welcomed him with open arms. Then Rafa said, “On that note, since I have my life in the country I love, I want to give my life to the woman I love.” As everyone looked in awe, he got down on one knee, and said “Please will you take a look around and tell the people we love that you say yes, and they will be part of our story forever.” With a pen and a shot glass in her hand she went to tears and said yes! Tears, smiles, hugs and a big party followed that. In the country they met, in the place their families met, witnessed by the people they love, Jen got a ring and Rafa’s heart, forever...
