IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: "As the current Virginia COVID-19 regulations were set to expire on January 31, Governor Northam announced during his Wednesday press conference that they will be extended through the end of February." Per the Virginia COVID-19 guidelines, which can be found here: https://www.virginia.gov/coronavirus/ "All private bookings are limited to 10 people and must comply with Section II, subsection B, paragraph 1." As a result, we regret to announce that the Reception Dinner has been cancelled. Following the guidelines for religious gatherings, we will go forward with the Nuptial Mass. We express our sincerest apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused. We love you, and thank you.

We have an arrangement with the Holiday Inn & Suites Front Royal Blue Ridge Shadows. Please book your accommodations by the 13th January if using the pre-arranged room rates at the Holiday Inn & Suites Front Royal Blue Ridge Shadows.

What if I want to stay before the 12th or after the 13th?
Answer
That's fine! Be mindful that the booking link won’t show the contracted rates from the dates before or after February 12th and 13th. The contracted group rate will be honored for stays extending two days prior and two days after the official contracted meeting dates for any guests who wish to book pre and post stays. Early arrivals or late departures, outside of that date range will be quoted the best available rate. If you would like to book days other than the 12th or the 13th, you will need to call in to the hotel directly regarding booking rooms for the "Gil Family Gathering." Their front desk team will be able to manually book your rooms.
