There is a parking lot available around back to all guest free of cost. Tip is preferred for those using valet parking. Thank you!

Plan your arrival for 5:45pm.

When is the last day to RSVP?

Answer

RSVP's must be in by MARCH 7th, 2023. Your online RSVP is preferred (located in the RSVP section of our website). If you are unable to RSVP online please contact the Bride or Groom.

What should I wear? Is there is dress code?

Black-Tie: Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, suits with black neckties or bowties.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather permits, our ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

What should I do if I can't make the wedding?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "WILL NOT ATTEND" so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel block for our guest. However, The Stewart Manor family has recommended The Garden City Hotel, located at 45 7th St, Garden City, New York.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

The Stewart Manor Country Club is Handicapped Accessible.

What should I do if I have a food allergies?

Answer

It is extremely important that you let the bride and groom know of any food allergies you may have along with their severity. Thank you!

Will food and drinks be served at this event?

Answer

Yes. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be served during cocktail hour and the reception.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan options?

We will have plenty of options for those who do not consume meat.
