It was Jake's senior year and my junior year. Since Jake was in Votec, he had to take world history during his senior year instead of the usual junior year. We shared first hour together, and shortly after returning from Christmas break, Jake began to have a tough time in class. I started helping him study for the tests and let him copy my notes. One night after a basketball game, he drove me home, and we ended up hanging out more and more. Eventually, he asked me to be his girlfriend, and the rest is history! (See what I did there?)
