Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15-30 minutes before hand Ceremony starts at 4pm So you are able to find a parking spot and find a comfortable seat at the ceremony. Please be on time, if you show up at start of ceremony you will be asked to wait off to the side at the back till it’s over, do not try to push your way to a seat at this time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask our guests to celebrate with us in our theme. This will be a country fall theme wedding very casual and laid-back. If you would like to fit the look more you are welcome to wear… -cowboy boots -flannels -blue jeans (nothing with holes) -sundresses -hats,cowboy hats (please take off during ceremony) -any fall colors -IDEAS (yellow, red orange, brown…) Please try to avoid! -lots of white, ivory, cream… (undershirt to little white is fine) -shorts -sweats -anything to revealing -clubbing shoes (wedding will take place outside) -ball gown, prom dress —this is not a cubing or ball gown night

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please go accordingly to your invitation. It will say something like, “we reserved one seat in your honor”. We have a limited guest list so please no plus one unless your invitation says so. so this day is special to everyone. Please do not bring uninvited guests. Thank you

Please let us know as soon as you can so we can make accommodations if needed.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 1st is the official last day to RSVP. You can use the RSVP function on this website at anytime by clicking the RSVP tab and typing in your name. If you know that you are unable to attend our wedding we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby. It will give guests time to find their seats and mingle before joining them.

What are the rules?

Answer

-please respect vendors and all guests -honor groom and brides wishes -know your drink limit, EXAMPLE “we don’t want to be uncomfortable because joe is drunk within the first hr and is bothering everyone”. -behave yourself -turn off phones during ceremony -no pictures during ceremony we have photographers for that. -please stay out of the photographers way -avoid talking during ceremony -please don’t pull photographs away from couple for your own portraits -NO proposals or big announcements, unless you have BRIDE AND GROOMS permission!!! -don’t make it about you, this day is about the bride and groom -don’t steal the show -if you don’t like anything about the wedding, (music, food, other guests) KEEP IT TO YOURSELF! -sign guest book - please no posting bride and groom on social media, we have people to do that. -no kids, means no kids -take hats off for ceremony -consider the environment, don’t litter -don’t be an entertainment hog -have fun -don’t go off gift registry -don’t hog the groom and brides time -don’t invite yourself or a plus one -don’t steal decorations or centerpieces

How to be the best guest!

Answer

-RSVP on time, if you are coming or not! -tell us know if there is a last minute change of plans if you can’t make it -arrive on time -Explorer wedding website -Attend both ceremony and reception -have fun -limit tech use -mingle with other guest, not just the table your at. Get to know the other family brides and grooms side.
