FAQs

Question

Are children invited too?

Answer

While we do love your little ones, we kindly request that this be an adults-only affair. We hope you can still join us to celebrate our love.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Question

Have you reserved hotel blocks at more than one hotel?

Answer

Yes! We invite you to explore our Travel section for a variety of hotels available at discounted rates. Please note that hotel blocks are limited and may fill up quickly, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.

Question

Will there be transportation from the hotel blocks to the Conrad?

Answer

No. While transportation will not be provided, we intentionally chose each hotel block to be just a 5–10 minute walk away. Uber and other ride-share options are also easy to access.

Question

What should I do if I don't make it into a room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room within our hotel block, we recommend contacting the hotel directly and mentioning our wedding—they may still be able to extend the discounted rate for a room outside the block. If availability is limited, there are also many additional accommodation options nearby in Nashville’s West End and downtown neighborhoods.

Question

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Answer

You can find our complete wedding registry on our website under the Registry tab. There, you’ll find links to several registries for your convenience.

Question

Will our wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be held outdoors on a terrace, with cocktail hour and the reception to follow indoors. Please be sure to check the weather before arriving — Nashville weather can be unpredictable.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is black-tie optional. Please wear your best tuxedo, dark suit or evening gown.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding ceremony be “unplugged” and that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present and share in the moment with us. You’re more than welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and throughout the reception!
