Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie (sport coat optional).

The shuttle is OPTIONAL - this is one of the most common FAQs. Yes. There will be a shuttle that runs between the wedding and the hotel. 19 people at a time. 130 people were invited.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We'll likely spend time both indoors and outdoors. It all depends what the weather is like on Saturday, October 29, 2022.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving appetizers and the open bar.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There's a nice, large open parking lot (with free parking). Wearing high heels? (We'll have golf carts that can take you from your car to the chapel).

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

1 - Appetizers - Meatballs, Toasted Ravioli, and Salmon Crisps. 2 - Dinner - Salt & Smoke ... 3 types of meats +a vegetarian option + mac and cheese, BBQ bacon beans, and salad. 3 - Desert - Key Lime Pie, Apple Pie, Brownies Lot of BBQ - save room! No need to fill up on appetizers!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Dear God no - no stealing. We'd have to pay for that.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #raeclay so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
