We recommend arriving at 4:30pm to ensure you're seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Keep in mind, there can be a lot of traffic traveling to Half Moon Bay on the weekends.
The ceremony and majority of the event will be outdoors. However, there is an indoor option depending on any severe weather.
There is plenty of parking at the venue for those planning to drive. We will also provide shuttles to/from the Half Moon Bay Lodge and Aristocrat Hotel and the wedding venue. NOTE: UBER/LYFT is very limited in Half Moon Bay and can take a while to secure a ride. If you do plan on using rideshare, we suggest taking taking the shuttle from Long Branch to Cameron's/the Aristocrat, and request a rideshare pickup after the wedding from there. Cameron's will stay open after the wedding for our guests.

Shuttles will be provided to/from the Half Moon Bay Lodge and Aristocrat Hotel. Transportation (Bauer) will provide shuttles as follows: 4:00 p.m. Half Moon Bay Lodge/Aristocrat Hotel loading begins; leave at approximately 4:15pm (~10 minute ride) 8:00 p.m./9:00 p.m./10:00 p.m. (approx) Longbranch Farms Return to hotels 10:30 p.m., 11:00 p.m. (approx) Half Moon Bay Lodge Shuttle to Cameron’s Pub/Aristocrat 11:00 p.m., 12:00 midnight (approx., depending on need/ridership) Cameron’s Pub/Aristocrat Shuttle to Half Moon Bay Lodge
Dress code is rustic chic! Not formal but not too casual. Anything from dresses, jumpsuits, suits, nice shirts with slacks or nice darker washed jeans. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes (boots, flats, wedges etc.). Cowboy boots and bolo ties are not required but definitely encouraged as they fit right in with the venue vibe!
