When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Sooner, the better! The deadline is November 1st. This gives us plenty of time to plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony so you have plenty of time to find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Heads up, there is a fireplace in the venue - it may get toasty! Our bridesmaids will be in wine-colored dresses so please avoid this color.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Significant others are welcome but please include them in your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely, please include your child/children, as well as age(s) in your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking! You may choose to leave your vehicle overnight, but it must be out of the lot BEFORE 12 p.m. the following day.

Alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Cash bar option only. Absolutely NO outside alcoholic beverages.

Smoking?

Answer

No smoking or open flames are allowed in or around the Event Center property except in areas designated and approved by the Company.

Are animals allowed?

Answer

No animals, except service dogs, are allowed on the Event Center property.
