Jupiter NEXT: If you like it a bit swankier!

Another centrally located hotel in Portland's inner east side. Jupiter NEXT's accommodations are a bit more posh than Kex, if you're into that vibe. It has a coffee shop, restaurant, and very fun bar on-site and is walking distance from the same restaurants as the Kex hotel.

McMenamins Kennedy School - quirky and cute!

If you're into a funky vibe and want to experience Rae and Sam's neighborhood, stay at this converted elementary school just two blocks from their house. Features: classrooms as hotel rooms, outdoor soaking pool, eclectic and fun decor. It is also a great place to just go and check out when you're hanging out in Portland.
