When should I send in my RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVPs in no later than August 15th, 2025. If you run into any issues, please let us know so we are able to make accommodations. If we do *not* receive a RSVP by August 31st, 2025, we will not anticipate you being present.

We are registered at: - Crate & Barrel (under Raeann Johnson & Raymond Turk) - Target (see above) - Amazon (see above) We also welcome gift cards to Amazon, Target, Home Depot, and Chewy!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire for our wedding. Think semi-formal with a touch of elegance—suits, midi dresses, and outfits that are polished but not too formal. Please *no* jeans/denim pants and no t-shirts. We do encourage Halloween accessories and outfits for after the ceremony, have fun with it!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation for guest details. If a plus one was not included, the invitation is intended just for you. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space and planning, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding!

This will be a child-free wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know in advance (by 8/15/2025) if you do! We will work with our caterer to make sure everyone is able to enjoy a delicious dinner.

I'm Vegan/GF - What Should I Do?

Answer

If you are a vegan/on a GF diet please reach out to us! We will be accommodating those guests with specific dietary restrictions and will have special meals reserved for them. Please make sure to reach out to BOTH Ray & Raeann and communicate this to make sure the night goes smoothly and your meal is prepared. PLEASE NO SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS AFTER 8/15/25 - AS THIS IS WHEN OUR FINAL COUNTS ARE DUE TO THE CATERING COMPANY.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for the ceremony/reception at the venue! We do have rooms blocked as well at near by hotels.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at The Holiday Inn Express in New Philadelphia and another at the Schoenbrunn in New Philadelphia! Please be aware this is a limited number of rooms and all reservations need to be made NO LATER than 8/15/2025. There are also many other hotels/AirBnBs/VRBO rentals in the area as well.
