We are getting married!

Oliver and Rae matched on the dating app, Hinge in December 2021. They recognized each other since they attended the same high school, Friends Central School. Oliver was a senior when Rae was a freshman. So of course, Rae knew about the kind, funny, smart, talented, senior, bass singer. Rae could tell, even from her seat in the soprano section, that Oliver was a kind, and empathetic leader. Rae and Oliver enjoyed their high school experiences and then headed off to college. Then to graduate schools and a few jobs before they finally found each other, again. Their first date was in a coffee shop in January 2022. Rae was excited to meet Oliver, so even though she was allergic to caffeine, she agreed to the date. She found the only non caffeinated beverage on the menu, a beetroot latte. They chatted and enjoyed their drinks together before walking around Rittenhouse square. They had so much to talk about. Rae and Oliver happily dated, before moving in together, and then Oliver proposed (with the help of their tuxedo cats, Vex and Binx) on their roof top, the day before Rae’s birthday, in November 2023. They plan to marry July 2025 with friends and family in attendance.
