Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! This is a "Black-Tie Optional" event, think suits, long dresses or pant suits. We are asking guests to dress in our color pallet which includes greens, deep shades of red/purple, khaki, gold, and cream. This venue is mostly grass, gravel, and dirt please bring appropriate footwear.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having "yumm bowls" at our wedding, a rice bowl generally consisting of rice, chicken, beans, veggies, and cheese, served with "yumm" sauce. This will be a self serve meal with the option of making it vegetarian and/or vegan. "Yumm" sauce is vegan friendly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check out the "travel" page on our website which has our top hotel recommendations close to the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, all guests will be responsible for travel to and from the venue. Our suggested hotels are only 5-10 minutes from the venue, however walking is not recommended.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! the ceremony and reception will both be held at Loloma Lodge where there is ample parking, however carpooling is always recommended.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at 3:00pm sharp to provide time for parking as well as finding you and your family seats.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Many children will be in attendance, but childcare will not be provided and we ask that parents keep track of their little ones.
