We're keeping our guest list intimate and limited to those closest to us, so we're unable to accommodate additional plus-ones. We hope you understand!
We'd love for you to feel comfortable and look your best! Our dress code is dressy casual. Women might consider sundresses, lightweight separates, flats, or wedge heels, while men can opt for a light dress shirt with khakis or lightweight slacks—jackets and ties are entirely optional. Since our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on grass, please choose your footwear with that in mind.
We're keeping our celebration to those 18+ so everyone can fully embrace the fun and festivities of the evening.
Both our ceremony and reception take place on the same property, with ample parking available in a nearby field just a short walk away. We'll have golf carts on hand to shuttle guests back if needed, ensuring everyone can enjoy the day comfortably.
Our ceremony begins at 3PM sharp. We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early to allow time for parking and making your way to the ceremony and reception area, plus a chance to reconnect with loved ones before we get started. A social hour with light refreshments will begin immediately after our ceremony concludes and dinner will be served from 5PM to 7PM.
Our wedding is being catered by Mr. V's Street Style Vending from Rochester and they will have their truck set up to serve from 5-7PM (all you can eat!). Our menu will feature: rib eye steak, grilled chicken breast, portabella mushroom cap, veggie burger, cheeseburger, and red and white hot dogs with macaroni salad. We will also have a grazing table out through the evening with veggies, fruits, and other small samplings available. If you have a dietary restriction or allergy please note so in your RSVP.
We’ve got the views, the vows, and the good company covered… You bring your favorite canned beverages (and your best responsible decisions). No need to rush off—there’s plenty of space to camp if you’d like to stay and keep the celebration going under the stars!
Autumn in LeRoy, NY can be wonderfully variable—you might experience a warm day in the 60s or a crisp breeze with temperatures in the 40s or 50s. We'll have a tent in place for our reception to keep everyone comfortable should the weather turn (we are partying rain or shine!), and we encourage you to check the local forecast as our wedding approaches so you can dress accordingly.
