Please arrive at Twin Eagles between 3:30 -3:45 PM to allow time for check-in at the gatehouse. You’ll provide your name, then drive to the clubhouse to park. From there, it’s a short walk to the ceremony site on the golf course.
We ask that you please RSVP by no later than March 1st, 2026. If you cannot attend, please indicate your absence by declining the invitation on the RSVP tab on our website. If you do not respond by the deadline, your, "no" will automatically be filled in for you and your attendance will be counted absent.
Our dress code is formal. For women, we recommend mid-length or full-length dresses. For men, we recommend dress pants with a dress shirt or suit jacket. We kindly request that all refrain from wearing shorts, jeans, or the color yellow.
Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Our reception will be inside.
In April, you can expect warm and sunny weather, with temperatures typically ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s. We recommend packing light layers, sunglasses, and sunscreen. It’s usually beautiful this time of year!
Beer and wine will be hosted. Other alcohol will be available for purchase with card only.
Please keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to be fully present. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to venue capacity and our desire for an intimate celebration, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
No, transportation will not be provided. Guests are welcome to use whichever option is most convenient, including rental cars, personal vehicles, or rideshare services. Complimentary on-site parking is available at TwinEagles for all guests.
We love your little ones! However, to keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate children specifically listed on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
