The Details

A few helpful things- because we know you have questions.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 19. We are excited to celebrate with you and appreciate you responding by then so we can finalize our details. If anything changes after you RSVP, just let us know.

Question

What if i forget to RSVP?

Answer

We'll likely reach out to you- but doing it by September 19 will save us both the follow-up.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional. Dresses and gowns are welcome, but not required. Think of it as a chance to have a little fun- play with color, texture, or a look you might not usually go for. If you've been waiting for the right moment to wear something a bit bolder, this is it. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel like your best, most confident self- we'll be a bit dressed up ourselves.

Question

How do I get around?

Answer

Most of our events are centrally located, and getting around Madison is fairly easy. Ride shares are readily available, and if you're staying downtown, many places are walkable. If you're staying at the Hilton, there's a complimentary airport shuttle, that makes getting downtown simple. Parking is limited in some areas, so ride share is often the simplest option (and saves you from circling the block).

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation included a plus one, they are absolutely welcome. Otherwise, we ask that you celebrate with us as invited- no substitutions, please.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

This will be an adults-only celebration; consider it a well-deserved night off.

Question

When should I arrive on saturday?

Answer

Celebration begins at 5:00pm. Join us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres as the evening gets started, with the ceremony to follow- don't be fashionably late on this one.
