We're Getting Married

It all started during homecoming weekend in 2005. Caitlin and her friends met Jordan while they were setting up decorations for the homecoming dance. Caitlin and Jordan instantly connected at the first hello, but were too young and awkward to do anything about it. They remained friends throughout high school, casually saying hello in the hallway or making small talk at parties. However, things really started to fall into place when they unknowingly went on their first date. Caitlin and Jordan had planned to meet up with all of their friends at a local coffee shop, but no one else showed up (a bit suspicious we know.) Caitlin and Jordan grabbed some coffee and sat down to chat while they waited. A few cups turned into a few more, and the early afternoon drifted easily into closing time. At the end of the night, Caitlin and Jordan both knew everything had changed. While they went on to go to different schools, they talked every day and could often be found hand in hand whenever they were together. Fast forward sixteen years from that first homecoming weekend - through college, countless mixtapes and letters, trips, a move to a new city, adopting a pup, and buying a house, Caitlin and Jordan are excited to finally celebrate their love with their friends and family in June 2022.
