Please have all RSVP and meal selections completed by January 16th.
We kindly ask you save the photos and videos to the photographer so you can enjoy the moment! We ask all phones and cameras to be fully put away and not out during the ceremony.
We would like to keep the event as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your invitation will be addressed with your name and your guest's name.
We love your little ones, but all wedding events including the Welcome Party, and the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be for adults only.
Yes! We have limited rooms reserved for our guests at Baker's Cay Resort in Key Largo that are first come first serve. If you plan to stay on site, we recommend you book as soon as possible.
Yes you can come to Baker's Cay Resort up to 2 hours before the start of the wedding to visit with friends or drink at the bar. If you are driving and not staying at the hotel, please let Ashley know the week of because a list of license plates will need to be provided to the hotel. If you are wanting to spend the full day at the resort, you will need to purchase a resort day pass.
