As much as we love your little ones, we have a limited number of children invited to the wedding, this is reserved for our immediate family only. Please check your invite to see if your children are invited, invitations will be addressed to invited guests only. Think of our wedding as a date night!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our wedding will take place in late September, a beautiful time of year in New Jersey! Expect mild and comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from the mid-60s to mid-70s °F (18-24°C) during the day, with cooler evenings that may dip into the 50s °F (10-15°C). While September is generally dry, there's always a chance of light rain, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater just in case. For the most accurate weather forecast, be sure to check closer to the date.

What should I wear?

Our wedding will be a blend of Indian and Palestinian traditions, and we would love for our guests to celebrate this by wearing cultural attire. Indian outfits like saris, lehengas, or sherwanis, as well as traditional Palestinian dresses or embroidered thobes, are highly encouraged. If you prefer, formal American attire, such as suits, cocktail dresses, or evening gowns, is also perfectly appropriate. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and festive as you join us in celebrating our special day! Our wedding ceremony is outdoors and our reception is indoors.

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance. We are also providing a shuttle service from the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We will be serving vegan/vegetarian options and also will indicate which foods are gluten free. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please reach out to us!
